After receiving your request the library meeting room scheduler will call the group s adult representative to approve and confirm your request. There is no cost. No more than 1 reservation per group per month is allowed.

Library meeting rooms may be reserved up to 90 days in advance for a maximum of 3 reservations every 30 days. In an abundance of caution due to covid 19 coronavirus all meeting room and study room use has been suspended. The book o mat is available 24 7. Larger conference and meeting rooms may require fees.

Come visit us at brookwood and shute park library monday through thursday 10 am to 8 pm and friday through sunday 10 am to 6 pm. Opened in 2007 and expanded in 2013 the brookwood library houses most of the hillsboro collections.
